  • If you prefer an online counseling session, click on Book Online Session.

2. What is the fee for a counselling session?

Individual counselling fee for each session is ₹1000 for a 1-hour session. This price covers individual therapy, life coaching, or any other mental health services you may require. Couples Counselling session fee is ₹1500 for a 1-hour session.

3. How long is each therapy session?

Each therapy session lasts for 1 hour. Whether it’s individual counseling, life coaching, or a corporate wellness consultation, each session is tailored to your needs.

4. Do I need to book an appointment in advance for counselling?

Yes, prior appointment is required to ensure availability and proper preparation for your session. You can book your session through our online booking system or contact us directly for any questions.

5. What is the cancellation policy for therapy appointments?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the session may incur a fee.

6. What are the different types of counselling services available?

I offer a variety of services, including:

  • Individual Counselling: For stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, etc.

  • Teenage Counselling: Specialized therapy for adolescents dealing with emotional and psychological challenges.

You can make payments through:

  • Cash (at the time of the session) Payments must be made before or at the time of the session.
