I am a dedicated Mental Health Professional with over 5 years of experience guiding individuals and couples toward emotional well-being and personal growth. My passion lies in helping people overcome challenges such as chronic stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, overthinking, life transitions, career obstacles, and trauma.

With certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Life Coaching, Reiki, Yoga, and mindfulness practices, I blend various therapeutic approaches to empower my clients. I believe in focusing on their strengths and resilience, using humor and authenticity to build a trusting, supportive space for healing.

I view my role as both a guide and mentor, helping clients develop the tools they need to navigate life’s stresses and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach combines insight and action, balancing mind-body connection techniques with solution-focused strategies. Clients have shared that my genuine, lighthearted style makes therapy feel approachable and impactful.

In addition to individual counseling, I provide corporate wellness programs and soft skills training, drawing on my background as a former HR professional. My aim is to support not just personal development but also workplace well-being, fostering healthier environments for all.
