Mental Health Awareness Seminar (2 Hour)
A short Presentation on Mental Health. Introducing concepts of mental health? What is good mental health? What is poor mental health and when intervention is required? Good and bad stressors, various mental health problems. How mental health effects our work and relationships? Suggestions for improving lifestyle and general wellbeing.
Counseling and Therapy sessions (1:1 session of 45min online/offline)
Employees who are facing serious issues and want to receive counseling and therapy. These sessions are confidential. Problems addressed in sessions are: Spillover from personal life, Lack of delegation and organizing skills, Work stress and lack of motivation, Work life balance, Bullying or Harassment, Confidence building, Conflict resolution, Time Management, Goal Setting, Change in Job role or New role, Lifestyle issues, Mixing up professional and personal life, Finding life purpose
Onsite Self-empowerment Workshop
A powerful workshop with the purpose to support individuals in creating a life which one desires most. Self-empowerment means making a conscious decision to take charge of your destiny. It involves making positive choices, taking action to advance, and being confident in your ability to make and execute decisions. Self-empowered people understand their strengths and weaknesses and are motivated to learn and achieve. Workshop focuses on developing self-awareness, to understand your strengths and weaknesses, setting new goals. Achieving your goals may require to change one’s behaviors, and even deeper values and beliefs. Comprises of 360degree tools and exercises to identify limiting beliefs and setting fresh goals, balancing your personal and professional life.
Relaxation and Mindfulness Meditation (Online,20 minutes, 2 days a week)
A 20 minutes relaxation and mindfulness exercise during a hectic day can bring a huge positive impact on health, mental clarity and general wellbeing. Focusing on the present have shown benefits like increase in attention span, self-control, objectivity, increased tolerance, enhanced flexibility, equanimity, improved concentration and mental clarity, emotional intelligence and the ability to relate to others and one's self with kindness, acceptance and compassion.
